**Tasks**:Customer Specialist is the knowledge person in the plant regarding customer specific requirements, portal and processes.Besides this role, customer specialist is also reponsible for:Implement and ensure compliance with the customer requirements, guidelines described in international standards such as IATF and VDA and conformity of standards defined by the Continental Quality Management System for new projects and series productionResponsible for customer communication regarding quality aspects. Is the main contact point for any quality compliant as: 0km, Field. Need to maintain customer and Continental claim management systems and portals**Qualifications**:- Degree in Engineering- Advanced English- Quality experience (2 to 4 Years)- Review Customer Specific Requirements- Develop and maintain training material- Main point of contact with customer for non BU specific topics- Claim management: 0km, Field returns- Problem solving tools knowledge as 8D, A3- CQTS Knowledge- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Knowledge in electronic manufacturing processes- Automotive standard knowledge and experience- Experience in the usage of Quality Tools: MSA, MCA, pPCA, PCA, SPC, IQRM, FMEA, Control Plan, etc**About us**:Continental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
