Be Inter-Con**Job Description**:The Cash Analyst reports to the Accounting Manager (located in the US) and provides support in functions related to domestic and international cash reporting. In this role you will be in tasked with the recording of cash transactions, preparing cash account reconciliations, and other reporting tasks. You will be the in charge of ensuring transactions are recorded timely and accurate manner. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:Expected Responsibilities:- Responsible for daily cash reporting.- Responsible for recording cash transactions.- Responsible for preparing cash account reconciliations to ensure balances are supported.- Treasury processing and support including preparing payment and bank transfer requests.- Assist with month-end accounting close.- Prepare Cash Reporting/Metrics for Accounting Manager.- Collaborate with team members to help with Overflow and cover absences.- Adapt to and embrace process improvements.- AdHoc Tasks/Projects as needed.Qualifications:- Able to speak, read, and write English fluently.- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, from an accredited college.- A minimum of two (3) years of related experience required.- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.- Strong written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to work effectively with various levels of management inside and outside the organization- Experience with Salesforce and Adaptive Insight a plus.- Experience maintaining sensitive data a plus.- Attention to detail, planning, prioritizing work, and multitasking are key.VeteransInter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an affirmative action employer who provides equal employment opportunities to minorities, females, veterans, and disabled individuals, as well as other protected groups.
