Head of Marketing - Subscriber NOLA What You Will Do As Head of Marketing for the Subscriber division in NOLA, you will lead a team dedicated to driving growth and engagement within our customer segments. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company's overall objectives while focusing on the unique needs of the subscriber market. Your key responsibilities include Crafting and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive subscriber acquisition and retention. Collaborating with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on market strategies and product offerings. Analyzing market trends and customer insights to inform marketing efforts and identify new opportunities. Managing the marketing budget and ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Leading a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Developing marketing metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions. What We Look For A proven track record of success in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a subscriber-based or B2B environment. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in building relationships across different teams and levels of the organization. Experience managing a diverse team and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, along with a keen understanding of the latest marketing trends.
