Visteon is where the best technical talent creates the future.About Visteon**Accounting Analyst**HR Accounting- Employee benefits for Visteon Corporation - U.S reporting and accounting/reconciliation for all US employees- Monthly HR accruals request, consolidate, journals and reconciliations- Receipting and file maintenance of approved HR invoices against Pos- Monitoring PO funding and contact HR when levels are depleted- Create all new PO requests for HR, Treasury and Finance- Agency distribution (bi-weekly), pass through cost center activities, etc.*- HR Accruals for pending invoice processing- Create vouchers IRS Payments and Government offices- Create vouchers for HR payments- Investigate/analyze/resolve invoice/statement payment issuesTravel & Business Expense- Send monthly reports Concur reports.- Concur billings 1105 slice and dice info for billing purposes- Concur billings 1145 slice and dice info for billing purposes- I/C Billings - Bill out intercompany- Journal Entries Move billings to specific locations- QAD accrual process accrual for unpaid TERs- Concur monthly accrual / TER related- Prepare the quick Travel Expenses Guide- Spain Expense ReportOther- Upload Journals on behalf of Ken Berry and Terri St. Antoine (Internal Audit)- Sarbanes-Oxley Corporate Accounting peer assessemnt and Test of One- OPEB and Retiree COBRA- Prepare information for External Audits- Salary Forecaste EE_ BenPayroll- Payroll accounting/reconciliation for Visteon Corporation - US for all US employees and Markham payroll accounting, run/distribute payroll support queries and maintain payroll support ACCESS database- Monthly Head Count Report and Fringe JL- Prepare and Monitoring Fringe Budget- Monitoring Health Care, Life - Disability and Statutory Reserves- Prepare and submit 401K, and other wires for payroll funding for all US employees- Prepare payment of employee unfunded deductions for all employees/product groups- Process Year end closing JL and adjustments in Reserves- Prepare Weekly Reports of Payroll payments and Employee benefits payments- Monthly Payroll accrualsWorker's Compensation- U.S. Worker’s compensation accounting/reconciliation, billing and reporting for reserves and expenses all US employeesMore Good Reasons to Work for VisteonFocusing on the FutureOur company’s engineering platforms deliver scalable hardware and software solutions that enable the digital, electric and autonomous evolution of our global automotive customers.
