Specialist Safety**REQUISITOS DE LA POSICION**:- **Licenciatura**: Licenciatura en Seguridad e Higiene Industrial, Ingeniero Industrial, Ingeniería Ambiental o carrera a fin.- **Años de experiência profesional en puesto similar**:1 año- **Años de experiência profesional general**:1 año- **Excel**:Intermedio (gráficas, formulas, tablas dinámicas)- **Inglés**:Básico (lectura de correos, traducción de textos)- **Paquetería Office**:Manejo de office (PPT, Word, Publisher y Visio)- **Disponibilidad para viajar**:Sí**FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES DE LA POSICION**:- Identificar y evaluar los riesgos específicos por puestos de trabajo y en base a esta evaluación proponer los controles adecuados para eliminar el riesgo o reducirlos a un nível aceptable.- Seleccionar y coordinar la compra y entrega de EPP de acuerdo a la evaluación de riesgo y administrar la entrega y dotación para personal de nuevo ingreso y de planta.- Gestionar y supervisar las actividades de trabajo de contratistas validando que cumplan con requerimientos normativos y los estándares de seguridad requeridos por la empresa.- Administrar el programa de capacitación básica para personal de nuevo ingreso y capacitación especifica de acuerdo al puesto de trabajo y actividad en particular- Coordinar la capacitación de brigadas de emergencia, comisión de seguridad e higiene, así como la certificación de operadores de montacargas gestionando su vencimiento y actualización.- Registrar y documentar procedimientos internos como investigación de accidentes que ayuden a determinar la causa raíz y proponer las acciones correctivas para evitar su reincidencia.- Supervisar el cumplimiento normativo y programas corporativos a través de la inspección y auditoras de funciones y actividades para detectar necesidades de capacitación, herramientas o deficiencias en el proceso con el fin de prevenir accidentes.- Gestionar OCR: Formación de operadores de montacargas- Coordinar recorridos de inspección de seguridad mensual- Inspeccionar equipo contra incendio- Inspeccionar puertas de emergencia y rutas de evacuación- Controlar e inspeccionar de suministros de botiquín de primeros auxilios- Simulacros de emergenciaInspeccionar equipos del sistema contra incendio, coordinar su mantenimiento de acuerdo a la normatividadEntre otras funciones que demande el puestoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- ¿En qué y cuáles normas estas certificado?
