Training Analyst-GBS**Category**:Quality**Location**:Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, MX**The position**- As a Training Analyst at Novo Nordisk GBS, you will:- Provide support to line managers across the LATAM region in the assignment and administration of mandatory trainings in the iSOtrain system.- Maintain oversight of training compliance in the region.- Support & communicate new training assignment and updates- Maintain training compliance oversight and training performance indicators for the region.- Coordinate training coordinators meetings in LATAM.**Qualifications**- We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a administration field. Master´s degree is a desirable.- Proficiency in computer skills (i.e. Excel and PowerPoint).- 1-2 years of experience in training, administration and follow up on deadlines.- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights on compliance.**About the department**- The position will be working at the GBS in Mexico for the LATAM region.
