Training Analyst-GBS**Category**:Quality**Location**:Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México, MX**The position**- As a Training Analyst at Novo Nordisk GBS, you will:- Provide support to line managers across the LATAM region in the assignment and administration of mandatory trainings in the iSOtrain system.- Maintain oversight of training compliance in the region.- Support & communicate new training assignment and updates- Maintain training compliance oversight and training performance indicators for the region.- Coordinate training coordinators meetings in LATAM.**Qualifications**- We realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a administration field. Master´s degree is a desirable.- Proficiency in computer skills (i.e. Excel and PowerPoint).- 1-2 years of experience in training, administration and follow up on deadlines.- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights on compliance.**About the department**- The position will be working at the GBS in Mexico for the LATAM region. Our team supports the management of the organization’s human resources, focusing on recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, mobility, talent acquisition, diversity, talent management, and organization development.
