A business analyst is a person who analyzes an organization or business domain and documents its business, processes, or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology. Business Analyst helps in guiding businesses in improving processes, products, services, and software through data analysis.**Responsibilities will include**:- Interview stakeholders regarding the existing process and produce documentation.- Work with IT teams to take notes and create documentation during meetings.- Interview stakeholders and obtain requirements for new projects.- Map and document new projects or processes clearly.- Research, and analyze data from various sources - will analyze sales figures, labor hours, head count, identify problems and identify improvements.- Document and create process diagrams.- Identify improvements to processes currently in place and establish new processes where needed.- Review and track data moving through multiple systems for accuracy.- Research and prepare variance analyses and explanations.**Qualifications**:The individual in this role must possess critical thinking skills, quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and be proactive with great attention to detail.Additional qualifications include:- Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills- Knowledge in Microsoft Visio or similar- Excellent communication skills- Capacity to understand processes and create correct questions in order to map processes- Document processes clearly where anybody has the capability to understand said process- Proven problem solver, analytical thinker, and detail-oriented person who can learn new skills while leveraging past experiences.- Process minded with history of solving complex problems.- Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.- Bachelor’s degree minimum, in Science, Engineering, or related fieldMonday to Friday,Weekly pay.This is an on site job offer for Tijuana Baja California at CCSI, parque industrial Finsa.**Salary**: $5,200.00 per week**Language**:- English?
