**Propósito del puesto / Purpose of the position**:Support the team and the Product Owner and helps them to communicate, solve problems and deliver a great product. It’s his role to teach the team all ways of agile software practices, lead all Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments and shield them from external distractions. Scrum Master brings the Product Owner and the team together and helps them to understand each other. Scrum Masters are personal coaches for team members and innovators who constantly seek ways to improve herself/himself and the team.**Requisitos**:- **Ingles Avanzado indispensable 80%**:- **experiência en la posicion 3 años**:- **experiência como desarrollador web (indispensable)**:- **Titulado en ciencias computacionales o similar (indispensable)****Principales Roles & Responsabilidades / Main Roles & Responsibilities**:- Guide the team and organization on how to use scrum & agile practices and methodologies.- Oversee scrum process and coaches the team; facilitates transparency, inspection and adaptation.- Lead daily scrum, sprint review, and planning meetings in a way that ensures full team engagement. Support Product Owner on release planning.- Remove impediments (exp., cultural barriers, logistic challenges)- Foster close cooperation across all team members, encourage cross-training and supporting each other.- Facilitate communication and collaboration inside and outside the team.- Comply with the procedures, instructions and regulations of work of different management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001, SER, CCIE, CTPAT, aplicable automotive requirements and those that the company register), incumbent upon it according to established manuals and ensure follow legal requirements, regulations, quality, environmental, health and safety, SER, EICC, CTPAT, etc; that fall within the company.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoHorario:- Turno matutino formato (hibrido en sitio y home office)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $0.10 - $0.25 al mesHorario:- Horario flexible- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Descuentos y precios preferenciales- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Horarios flexibles- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaLicencia/Certificación:- Certified Scrum Master (Deseable)
