About the team Bridge, a Stripe company, is a rapidly growing business and the number of developers integrating our APIs is growing quickly. We partner with developers to understand their use cases and guide them in integrating with our APIs. We’re a small but mighty team that’s expanding global coverage and is looking to make our first Activation Specialists hires in Mexico City. What you’ll do In this role, you’ll work directly with developers as they integrate with Bridge APIs, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them go live successfully. You’ll play a key role in resolving early‑stage technical challenges, ensuring a smooth activation experience, and accelerating time‑to‑value for our customers. As an Activation Specialist, you’ll collaborate across Product, Solutions Engineering, and Support teams to unblock customers, improve onboarding workflows, and ensure high‑quality handoffs. Beyond day‑to‑day activation support, you’ll contribute to the growth of our onboarding operation—enhancing areas such as workflow optimization, documentation, tooling, metrics, and reporting. This is a high‑impact role with visibility across the business, ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working with developers, and improving processes at scale. A few key features include: Specialized experts: Activation specialists provide experience helping customers integrate Bridge technology in various use cases Project management consists of a kick‑off call, regular check‑ins, Slack Q&A to help unblock your team. Product workshops and training for Bridge’s dashboard Responsibilities Proactively providing technical guidance and support to users during their onboarding journey with Bridge. Deliver pre‑built technical workshops and kick‑off calls to users. Provide light touch project management for ongoing Bridge implementations and timely escalate any delays with planned go‑live dates. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to address user queries and concerns. Maintaining accurate records of user interactions, issues, and resolutions. Anticipating and addressing potential technical challenges during the onboarding process. Proactively propose improvements. Offering guidance on best practices, product features, and account setup to ensure user success. Continuously updating knowledge of Bridge’s products, features, and updates. Escalating complex technical issues to appropriate teams for resolution. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive onboarding experience for users. Contributing to the improvement of onboarding processes and documentation. They proactively address technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure a seamless onboarding process. They work closely with users to understand their needs, offer guidance on best practices, and anticipate and address any potential technical challenges. The Onboarding Specialist collaborates with cross‑functional teams, escalates issues as needed, and maintains accurate records of user interactions. Their goal is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that users have a positive and successful onboarding experience with Bridge. We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements Advanced English proficiency – fluent in written and spoken. 2+ years of implementation consulting in API technologies or other complex technical environments. Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong technical understanding of APIs and experience with SaaS solutions. Comfortable talking about technical concepts, and explaining how Bridge works, both from a product features and API architecture perspective. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively engage and influence various stakeholders. Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment. Organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple onboarding flows concurrently. Preferred qualifications Experience working with financial systems, online payments, or e‑commerce platforms. Experience delivering live technical training to users.
