Job Description Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities: Job Function Duties Automation Projects Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for the automation of existing or new processes using Artificial Intelligence, RPA, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform Members of the Intelligent Automation team will work on project-based assignments in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver automated processes Learn and use Scrum agile project management framework to manage complex projects Learn and implement development and quality assurance standards to ensure stability and reliability of automations Ability to implement the full life cycle of an automation solution: identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Intelligent Automation tools Training Leverage Intelligent Automation tools, including but not limited to: Python, GitHub, Roborp/Sema4.ai RPA, Microsoft OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Artificial Intelligence tools, APIs, SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse Pursue and successfully pass Python Level I & Level II and Robocorp/Sema4.ai certifications Learn the Intelligent Automation toolset Continuous Improvement Work with process owners to understand and map out their processes Learn and apply Lean and process improvement methodologies Apply feedback and learnings from each project to continuously improve and grow Technical Support Provide basic troubleshooting and support for deployed automations Other Other duties, as needed Professional Degree Requirements (i.e., Engineering, Business Admin, etc.): Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or business Certification Preferred Qualifications: Python certifications Robocorp/Sema4.ai certifications Technical Knowledge Preferred Qualifications: Entry level proficiency with Python Familiar with Robocorp/Sema4.ai Familiar with AI tools Familiar with Microsoft Power Platform tools Traits & Skills (i.e., Analytical capacity, computer capacity, risk taking, introversion/extroversion, confidence, reasoning): Attention to detail and the ability to manage competing demands Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Quick learner and an aptitude for learning software programs Intellectual curiosity and a problem-solving mindset Action oriented with a passion for helping others Strong English communication skills – written, verbal, and listening – Required #J-18808-Ljbffr
