MISSIONTo lead Buyer/PPL team to achieve economic, quality, service purchasing targets and the project team’s objectives.GENERAL FUNCTIONS- Ensure the achievement of the purchasing budget in his/er Country.- Monitor local purchasing objectives, aligned with corporate and local objectives.- Take part in defining the suppliers optimum panel and take responsibility for its execution.- Ensure all assignment processes are presented to the Assignment Committees.- Ensure fulfillment of the Purchasing function in all the FDS (Ficosa Development System) stages.- Represent the Purchasing function in the projects linked to improvement teams (e.g., stocks reduction, suppliers’ panel reduction, charges administration, supplier quality, etc.).- Coordinate and prioritize Buyer/PPL team activities.- Lead the Suppliers Performance Review meetings.- Participate in the Savings Opportunity List (SOL) and ensure its actions are implemented.- Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.- Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.- Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.(*) The described functions are the most representative for this position and are in no way a comprehensive list.POSITION REQUIREMENTS**Academic background**:Bachelor’s degree in engineering**Languages**:Fluent local language & Fluent English (written & spoken)**Experience**:Minimum of 3 years in a similar position or as a Plant Quality Manager.
