Full-time Online Sales Agent

We are seeking a **proactive and customer-oriented**_**Online Sales Agent**_ to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients inquiring about our private and small-group tours.Your mission is to understand customer needs, present our offerings with clarity and enthusiasm, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.**Key Responsibilities**- Convert inbound inquiries into bookings through personalized consultation and upselling techniques- Understand and communicate the details of our tours, destinations, and services with accuracy and confidence- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales cycle- Collaborate closely with operations and guide teams to ensure booking feasibility and smooth communication- Manage and update our CRM with lead and booking information- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs**Requirements**:- Previous experience in online sales or reservations, ideally in tourism or hospitality- Strong written and verbal communication skills in **English** (additional languages a plus)- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills- Proficiency with CRM systems and cloud-based communication tools (e.g., Gmail, WhatsApp Web, Google Drive)- A genuine passion for travel and customer satisfaction**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience working for a DMC or tour operator- Destination knowledge of Mexico (Playa del Carmen, Cancun, Tulum, Mexico City, etc.)- Familiarity with private and customized excursions**What We Offer**- Full-time contract with a **fixed base salary plus commission**:- Performance-based incentives and bonuses- Remote work flexibility and office presence when required- Ongoing destination training and product knowledge development- Opportunity to grow within a customer-centric and fast-paced company**About LDK (Living Dreams & Kay Tours)**At LDK, we specialize in personalized, high-quality private and small-group excursions across Mexico’s top destinations, including Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Cancun, and Mexico City.Our focus is on delivering meaningful, authentic travel experiences with outstanding attention to detail, safety, and guest satisfaction.We believe in the power of local knowledge, responsible tourism, and seamless service; from the first inquiry to the final farewell.
