Regional Sales Manager

As a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER, you will develop a long-term strategy and goals to retain profitable accounts whilst targeting new customers, markets and new market segments.**Key Responsibilities**- To implement regional business plans to identify and new opportunities with current customers or new ones to increase the pipeline value in 30% by year.- Build up strong relationships with the most profitable customers- Provide timely and accurate territory reporting and forecasting to management utilizing CRM suite- Efficient profitability and sales levels according to the business unit's objectives.- Drafting commercial proposals, contracts and review of price lists.- Mentor sales representatives by developing effective sales strategies with customers.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or Marketing, MBA preferred.- Experience in B2B sales and leading sales teams, preferably in the chemicals or coatings industries- Fluent English- CRM software (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, etc).**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
