What you will do? Develop production plans to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency.How you will do it?
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to reduce cost and increase machine uptime.
  • Work hand in hand with operations to increase throughput.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, review of existing and future production planning. Review monthly sales forecast projections.
  • Maintain master production planning data to best utilize our planning system. Ensure that schedules support daily on time shipping performance.
  • Ensure production schedules are meeting both our manufacturing and customer service requirements to properly communicate availability dates. Monitor plant finished goods inventory levels.
  • Manage production capacity constraints and alert necessary team members to issues.
  • Comply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter.
  • Participate in EHS activities (subcommittees, emergency brigades, inspections, audits, campaigns, training, etc) as required.
  • Comply with the roles and responsibilities matrix as applicable. Ensure applicable activities that help achieve EHS goals and metrics.
  • Participate in EHS observations program.
  • Ensure EHS goals and metrics are established in GPAS for all employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • SAP.
  • Bilingual. (English/Spanish).
  • 3 Years minimum experience.
  • Ability to manage complex internal and external relationships requiring diplomacy, negotiating, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and motivate direct reports.
  • This position requires a quality-focused attitude with an appropriate sense of urgency and attention to details.
  • Willingness and ability to work on both individual and team projects is required.
