These roles present a unique opportunity to become part of the foundational team in the company’s expansion into the region.As part of this new team, you will play a key role in helping to establish the local office’s culture and operations. Your responsibilities will focus on project scoping, customer engagement, and technical sales support. You will be working closely with a local peer throughout the training period and beyond, fostering shared learning and growth.**JOB DESCRIPTION**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Project Scoping**: Work with customers and internal teams to define project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.- **Customer Interaction**: Act as the technical point of contact during project development, working alongside sales reps to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure a smooth experience.- **Cost Estimation**: Generate accurate cost estimates based on customer specifications, needs, and project scope.- **Concept Modeling**: Create concept models using SolidWorks to visually communicate proposed solutions.- **Proposal Writing**: Draft detailed professional proposals, including technical specs, pricing, and timelines.- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with Technical Sales Leads, peers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.- **Sales Resources**: Support the development of technical collateral and resources to enhance customer engagement.**PROFILE**:**Required Skills & Qualifications****Technical Skills**:- Proficiency in SolidWorks for concept modeling.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Training or experience in professional proposal writing and documentation.**Communication Skills**:- Strong spoken English for customer calls, presentations, and team discussions (75-80% fluency).**Experience**:- Previous experience in technical sales, engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.- Familiarity with industrial equipment, automation, or material handling is a plus.- Understanding of financial principles such as COGS and margin is advantageous.**Other Requirements**:- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a local and global team.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Vales de despensaEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- SolidWorks: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
