At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Responsibilities**:**Transf Analyst****Main Purpose**- Preparing Master Data reports in order to support business requirements- Run Data quality reports and do proper follow up- Facilitate calls/meetings for data quality or workflow improvements- Keep up to date DQ Share point and DQ Teams team page- Participate OPs projects as Material Data Quality representative- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues- Motivate team members to achieve plan goals- Serve as a key statistical resource.- Design and implement programs to monitor the calibration and accuracy of all the data that is consumed by the supply chain, analytical in the plant.- Lead the interpretation of analytical and in-process data to perform data quality assessments, recommend improvement actions and ensure resolution to the business. Challenge results and drive improvements. Train others in interpreting the results.- Administer policies and procedures**Accountabilities**- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.- Document all data entry options for all MRP Views fields making clear the definition of that option and what impact that option will have on SAP functionality.- Support with root cause investigation of master data-related issues and incidents with a view to updating standards, processes, and accountabilities to prevent repeat failures.- Locate and define new opportunities to improve manufacturing processes derived from data analysis.- Partner with accountable functions to list data sources for all Material Master fields.- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.- Develop, deliver, and publish training materials and degree Pathways for all key roles in our data community. This will include Data Owners, Data Providers, and leadership roles.- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand their concerns and actively participate in solution design and building.- Developing team through training and performance management.- Partner with accountable functions and facilitate the improvement of Data Quality for Material Master fields.- Ensure high level of support to the business about Material Master data process.- Be up to date with Global Data standard (Position papers) and procedures- Keep Material Master Data processes efficiency on high level and propose/drive improvementsQualifications:**Qualifications**:- Understanding of SAP processes, in particular, Move/supply chain- Proven working experience as a materials Data Analyst or Data Analyst.- Good understanding of master data objects like Material Master.- Strong analytical skills, as shown by the advanced use of data analysis tools and concepts.- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.- Ability to understand complex data requirements and be able to identify and offer multiple solution options to facilitate the best outcome (e.g., automated transformation vs. manual enrichment).- General knowledge of software development practices and technical documentation (requirements, functional specifications, test plans, etc.).- Strong influencing, facilitating; and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments.- Excellent oral and written skills to effectively communicate complex ideas and conc
