Infrastructure Senior Tech Analyst

El Analista de Tecnología de Infraestructura Sénior es un rol de nível intermedio, responsable de ayudar con actividades de administración de red de área local (Local Area Network, LAN)/red de área amplia (Wide Area Network, WAN) y del centro de servicios al personal, incluido el mantenimiento de red, la orientación técnica y la seguridad, en coordinación con el equipo de Infraestructura de Tecnología. El objetivo general es usar conocimiento de tecnología de infraestructura y políticas identificadas para procesar datos, resolver problemas y ejecutar tareas administrativas.**Responsabilidades**:- Crear planes de proyecto complejos, realizar análisis de impacto, resolver/trabajar proyectos/problemas de alto impacto y brindar resoluciones para restablecer los servicios.- Impulsar Análisis de causa principal (Root Cause Analysis, RCA) después del restablecimiento del servicio.- Diseñar enfoques de prueba, procesos complejos y corrientes de informes, y automatizar tareas repetitivas.- Revisar documentos de requisitos, definir requisitos de hardware, y examinar y actualizar procesos y procedimientos según sea necesario.- Brindar dirección estratégica/técnica y desempeñarse como asesor/entrenador de los analistas de menor nível.- Desarrollar proyectos necesarios para diseño de métrica, herramientas analíticas, actividades de parámetros de referencia y mejores prácticas.- Ser responsable de las aplicaciones del sistema operativo general.- Colaborar con la dirección técnica y las decisiones estratégicas.- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares**Calificaciones**:- Entre 5 y 8 años de experiência en entrega de Tecnologías de Infraestructura con un historial comprobado de cambio y mejora de procesos operativos.- Capacidad de comunicar conceptos técnicos a una audiencia no técnica.- Capacidad de trabajar con equipos virtuales y personales, y bajo presión o para cumplir una fecha límite.- Preferencia de experiência en Servicios Financieros o un entorno global o complejo amplio.- Eficaces habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.- Eficaces habilidades de diagnóstico y análisis.**Educación**:- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.La descripción de este puesto proporciona una revisión de alto nível de los tipos de trabajos realizados.
