Perfil del Rol Director de Finanzas (CFO) Organización de gran escala busca un CFO altamente estratégico, con sólida trayectoria al frente de áreas financieras complejas y multidisciplinarias. El objetivo del rol es garantizar la solidez económica del negocio, mejorar el desempeño financiero, fortalecer la gobernanza, optimizar la operación y apoyar la transformación de la organización. El CFO será un "business partner" del CEO / Consejo, con fuerte enfoque en planeación, eficiencia, rentabilidad, automatización, control y crecimiento sostenible. Mandato Principal Rediseñar y dirigir la estrategia financiera de la compañía. Elevar el desempeño económico mediante modelos financieros robustos y gestión financiera avanzada. Fortalecer la disciplina presupuestal, el control interno y la eficiencia operativa. Asegurar la sustentabilidad financiera a largo plazo. Áreas de Responsabilidad Planeación financiera, presupuesto y análisis. Contabilidad, fiscal, auditoría y cumplimiento regulatorio. Tesorería, liquidez, riesgos, deuda y mercados financieros. Procesos transaccionales end-to-end (P2P, O2C, R2R). Resultados esperados del CFO Aumentar la rentabilidad mediante eficiencia operativa y control de costos. Robustecer la arquitectura financiera y los estándares de control. Optimizar el uso del capital y la estructura de deuda. Mejorar la visibilidad financiera a través de KPIs y dashboards estratégicos. Impulsar la transformación digital de las finanzas. Lograr procesos financieros estandarizados, confiables y auditables. Perfil del Candidato Ideal Más de 15 años en roles financieros, con experiencia comprobada como CFO o Director de Finanzas. Trayectoria en empresas grandes, multinacionales o multisede (idealmente con presupuestos USD $ M). Experiencia con equipos grandes, multiculturales y multidisciplinarios. Fuerte dominio de planeación, presupuestos, tesorería, deuda y análisis financiero. Experiencia negociando financiamientos USD $ M y reestructuraciones. Profundo entendimiento de NIF, US GAAP y mejores prácticas de control interno. Experiencia con ERP, automatización y mejora continua. Inglés avanzado. Formación académica ejecutiva sólida. Competencias Clave Perspectiva estratégica y pensamiento ejecutivo. Liderazgo transformacional y desarrollo de talento. Excelencia en ejecución y manejo de crisis.
