We focus brilliant minds, technology services, and performance excellence to modernize supply chains.See for yourself why The Chicago Tribune has named Redwood Logistics a Top Workplace for several years running**Position Description**:As **Talent Acquisition**, you will source talent available in the labor market to fill open requisitions for Redwood’s various business units, assisting to fill other roles such as data entry and customer service, sales, procurement, accounting and finance as needed. You will play a critical role in connecting talent to opportunity at a fast-paced, growing organization**Responsibilities**:- Investigates hiring managers’ needs by requisition, and provides guidance on job description formulation and sourcing strategy- Follows established company procedure and process for interviews, offers, and onboarding- Completes all required training- Participates in scheduled recruiting meetings for updates and recommendations- Reports on recruiting activity for assigned requisitions as needed, including pipeline activity, time to fill and/or ratios for interview to hire- Solicits feedback from new talent on the orientation program for hiring managers and HR team- Travels on occasion to corporate office and/or career fairs as needed**Qualifications**:- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish- Strong communication skills both orally and written- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting role for a growing organization OR sales or operations role in third party logistics organization- Strong organizational, time-management, critical thinking, and communication skills- Demonstrated understanding of relevant state and federal policy and regulation regarding selection and hiring**Tools Used**:- Applicant Tracking System (Clear Company)- HRIS (Paylocity)- Background Screening (Screening One)- LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor- Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word**Rewards**:In addition, when you are contracted you will receive:- Life Insurance policy for you starting 30 days after employment.- Personal Health Insurance coverage for you - Major Medical- 30 days “Aguinaldo” Christmas bonus or prorated percentage your first year.- Vacation time starting at 12 days. Additional days will increase per Mexican Law.- Premium Vacation 50% vacation days (Prima vacacional).- You will also receive benefits like Saving Plan (Fondo de Ahorro) and Food Coupons (Vales De Despensa) 6% or the Maximum amount by Mexican Law.- You will be provided a Cell Phone Allowance of $800 pesos per month minus applicable taxes.
