This role acts as a key enabler in driving business decisions and ensuring financial excellence within the cluster.You will be responsible for:- Support financial planning activities, including budget consolidation, forecasting, commentaries and adherence to targets.- Lead planning cycles, forecasting, and consolidation of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow providing variance analysis. Coordination of planning cycles, setting the pace for deliverables.- Drive scenario planning and ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.- Influence decision-making by coordinating data collection, analyzing financial information, and preparing executive insights and framing to communicate to regional team.- Develop and oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy in variance analysis, management decks, and closing reports.- Partner with Business Unit Finance and commercial teams to map risks, opportunities, and financial strategies.- Responsible for consolidating Opex budget and perform BvA analysis for selected business partners.- Ensure accurate reporting in TM1 and BRAVO systems.- Support and promote global standard reporting processes to improve efficiency.- Provide financial insights to commercial teams, ensuring accurate analysis of P&L variances, pricing, investments, and cost efficiencies. Challenge business assumptions, develop alternative scenarios, and educate collaborators on financial concepts to drive informed decision-making.**Qualifications**:The Successful Applicant:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economist and other careers related- Encouraged to have 6 Years of relevant work experience in Finance, minimum 2 years in FP&A related activities- Fluent in both Spanish and EnglishSkills & Requirements:- Possess business sense and ability to identify business drivers behind financial numbers.- Builds and maintains trusted partnerships with collaborators across functions and leverages influential communication to develop business and financial strategies.- Integrates and uses various emerging digital technologies, tools, and visualization techniques as well as data science and artificial intelligence to drive value creation using finance systems, processes, and decisions making.- Dynamic leader who is resourceful and inventive.- Curiosity, ability to learn and attention to detail.- Proficiency on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
