The company’s aggressive sales approach and the quality of service are the basis for our strong reputation as a valuable leader in the industry.- **Essential Job Functions**:_- Conduct new hire check in calls at 7, 30, 60 and 90 days- Assist with driver’s issues reported by drivers and dispatchers and support operations management with solving- Identify drivers who are potential retention issues and keep in close contact to correct their situation- Proactively call drivers to identify any potential problems/obtain general feedback- Conduct Exit Interviews for resigning drivers and identify opportunities for retention- Ability to build genuine rapport with drivers- Assist with booking travel for drivers when applicable- **Preferred Experience**:_- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service related role- Experience in Trucking/Logistics is preferred but not required**We Offer**:- Full Private Health Insurance- Fun and energetic work environment- Paid PTO- US Based Company- Comfortable new office in Puebla (Cumbre Abanza Tower)**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday (Schedule to be confirmed)*On-site work onlyPay: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 72820, San Andrés Cholula, Pue.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Working / Human Resourses: 1 year (required)- Customer Service: 1 year (required)- Trucking: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
