Corporate Controller

We provide fun, engaging experiences, creating lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Controller to join our team at LCI. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day office operations and maintaining accurate financial records. For the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and rapidly growing organization Requirements Accounts payable/receivable bookkeeping Payroll processing (semi-monthly using Wagepoint and Square) Bank reconciliations and feed matching Inter-company bookkeeping and staff reimbursement authorization AP vendor correspondence and timely payment scheduling AR invoicing and payment processing HST and Input Tax Credit knowledge Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel Preparation of financial reporting (PL, BS, CF) and professional correspondence Qualifications Proven experience as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or similar role. Strong knowledge of office management procedures and accounting principles. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
