(MXC) Test Lead

Bring your unique skills to help us keep our games at top-notch quality. What You Will Do : Implement and uphold proper procedures and quality standards for assigned projects. Develop comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases based on client specifications and generate detailed reports. Analyze test results, identify bugs, and assess usability through a centralized project database. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the testing process. Lead, mentor, and manage test team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Oversee the implementation and execution of test plans and test cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Assist in the setup and teardown of test environments, facilitating smooth testing operations. Drive the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of test data and documentation processes. Contribute to the recruitment and training of new testing staff, leveraging your expertise to cultivate talent within the team. Identify and report risks, actively participating in problem-solving and solution development. Coach junior staff, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their testing capabilities and decision-making skills. To Be Successful You Will Have : 2-3 years of testing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role. Bachelor's degree in technology or related field preferred. Professional proficiency in English (C1 / C2 level). Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills. Passion for video games and a solid understanding of the gaming market. Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with creativity, efficiency, and attention to detail. Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and software testing standards. Demonstrated experience in writing detailed test plans, executing test strategies, and conducting exploratory testing. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile context. Working knowledge of Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence is preferred.
