We focus on areas of medicine where we can make the biggest difference: Cardiovascular & Metabolism, Immunology, Infectious Diseases & Vaccines, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Pulmonary Hypertension.We are Janssen.Our mission drives us.Our patients inspire us.We collaborate with the world for the health of everyone in it.**We are searching the best talent for SENIOR TRANSPORTATION ANALYST to be in CDMX.****Purpose**:- Ensure the Compliance & Finance Controls execution and reports for Trade Operations.- Connect with all strategic internal stakeholders and external service providers to fulfill the controls and reports requirements.- Guarantee the evidence and recordkeeping supports of compliance point of controls.- Keep local procedures and work instructions up to date.- Ensure the compliance of all internal and external Deliver & Trade Compliance policies applicable in Trade Operations.**You will be responsible for**:- Execute the point of controls applicable for Trade Operations according to Local, Regional and Global policies and procedures, such as: finance controls, invoice audits and payments, purchase orders controls, ICPs, amber road Mews tariff classification and Free Trade Agreements validation.- Ensure the Recordkeeping for Trade Operations by shipments documents check list review.- Maintain the Penalties and Sanctions report and escalate any deviation of procedures to Trade Operations Supervisor and Trade Compliance department and monitor action plans execution.- Perform controls to Reports to ensure data accuracy, such us: Landed Cost, Track and Trade, CARE, OEA, Overshipment - Shortshipment and generate indicators.- Review Post Entry findings and include in controls and action plans.- Guarantee compliance of Deliver & Trade Compliance policies use for all the sectors in all countries through correct implementation / control of service providers (freight forwarders, brokers, etc.)- Connect (when needed) with trade operations, warehousing & distribution, regulatory affairs, teams, and external stakeholder’s customs broker, to ensure all documentation controls requirements.**Qualifications**:**Qualifications and requirements**:- 2 years of experience in trade operations / international trade or other logistics related fields- Related experience with customer service / customer related activities- English Language: min. 50% (written and oral)- College / University Degree in any logistics related fields (incl. business administration)- SAP knowledge (plus)
