Dafür setzen sich täglich weltweit 36.000 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter mit Leidenschaft, Know-how und Innovationskraft ein.**IHRE AUFGABEN**- Supporting the production department in matters of production and process engineering.- Develop, coordinate and implementation assembly process of projects based on the requirement of the productive area.- Knowledge on Welding plastics Process (Vibracion, Hot Plate, Ultrasonic)- Stadistic process analysis- Knowledge GD&T (Geometric Dimencional Tolerance)- Specilits to ensure the Cp and Cpk on the Process Index >1.67- Feasibility analysis for joing process Plastic- Knowledge on the residual stress release on join plactics process- Development of technical specification for the purchase, implementation and starts up of assembly process- Starts the implementations of the new technologies and/or inovated current process of the automotive industry that represents high degree of automation on our production process- Detection of areas for implementation of projects with high impact on security, Productivities and quality- Interpretations of plans and technical drawing- Project feasibility analysis (evaluating costs benefit)- Analysis and preparation of restrictions on production lines for different plans categories- Knowledge Pneumatic- Knowledge on software design Catia, Solid Work, Autocad**IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN**- Bachelor's degree Engineering in Automation, Robotic, Electronics, Electromichanichs, Mechatronics, Electrical or other similar- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry, automotive or similar- Superior problem-solving skills; with ability to identify root causes and propose effective and timely solutions.- Ensure of Assembly process needs to fulfill the technical requirements of the manufacturing area- Excellent process analysis and manufacturing assembly skills.- Leadership on the Process technology localization and start up.- Solid 3D mechanical Hardware and Software background.- Must have a strong attention to detail with and be orientation towards results/execution.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Good knowledge of English (written & speaking).Nutzen Sie die Gelegenheit und entfalten Sie Ihr Potenzial in einem weltweit agierenden Familienunternehmen, das Ihnen beste Voraussetzungen für Ihren persönlichen Karriereweg bietet.Bitte senden Sie uns Ihre Bewerbung über unser Karriereportal mit Angabe Ihrer Gehaltsvorstellung und der Kennziffer req11305.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Estefania Ponce
