Work Mode: Onsite_**Location**:On site - Juárez, Nuevo León, México**Opportunity**BASIC FUNCTIONUnder the general supervision of the Talent Acquisition Coordinator., this position iscoordinates the selection process and the interviews wth company personnel involved in therecruitment process.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESpositions and to develop timely, cost effective search strategies.2. Coordinates with the medical department to program the admissions exams required tofill the open position. Coordinates scheduling of psychological assessment.3. Coordinates the recruitment process, including: screening resumes, arranging interviewschedules, carrying out the interviews and creating effective advertising, utilizing avariety of recruitment sources (e.g., print, Internet media and social media).4. Follow up on hired personnel during their first month of employment to detect possiblecauses of desertion, to answer questions concerning the associate´s position and toorient new associates during their probationary period with the company.5. Recommends solutions to reduce absenteeism, rotation and voluntary termination of thehourly personnel in Kohler.6. Works with Manager-Staffing to continuously develop and implement processimprovement initiatives in the areas of recruitment and hiring.7. Checks and verify the job applicant background information and references.8. Assist in other office tasks as needed9. Comply with the Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities established for thisposition (See Responsibilities chart by position).10.
