Position Overview As a Senior Test Automation Engineer on an agile team, the role serves as a technical and strategic leader in Quality Assurance. It involves defining and executing testing strategies, designing and maintaining robust automation solutions, contributing to test framework architecture decisions, establishing best practices, mentoring engineers, and independently tackling complex testing challenges to ensure high‑quality software delivery at scale. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test cases based on system specifications and user stories, ensuring full traceability to requirements. Build, evolve, and own advanced test automation frameworks, including architectural decisions, reusable components, coding standards, self‑healing tests, parallel execution, and smart test selection. Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and integrate test execution, reporting, analytics, and observability into CI/CD pipelines. Identify, document, track, and drive resolution of defects and quality issues, owning QA artifacts and overall test quality for assigned projects. Collaborate in technical architecture discussions, product roadmap planning, effort estimation, and interview processes, providing testing strategy, quality metrics, and risk assessments to leadership. Mentor and support QA team members, working cross-functionally with engineers and clients to identify process gaps and deliver optimal testing solutions. Support data validation and testing needs by analyzing and reviewing SQL queries and facilitating User Acceptance Testing through automated data generation when required. Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in any test automation role. Required tech skills: Automated QA Engineering, C#, Selenium, Test Planning / Execution, CI/CD. Strong knowledge about SQL queries. Proficient knowledge on at least 2 of the major Quality Assurance automation frameworks/tools (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, UFT, etc.). Strong knowledge about version control (Git, Bit bucket, or similar). Strong CI/CD knowledge. Experience/Understanding of API testing and API automation tools such as Soap UI, Postman, Rest Assured or similar. Why Join Us?
