With operations in over 70 markets globally, we are the world's most international brewer.**We Go Places How about you?**Location: MonterreyFunction: ProcurementSub Function: Procurement - OtherType of Contract: Permanent**Actividades clave**- Co-crear e implementar la estrategia de Procurement para materiales de empaque en Heineken Mexico.- Liderear proyectos de desarrollo de materiales con stakeholders internos (Producción, Planeación, R&D/QA, Marketing).- Movilizar a la organización, capturar puntos clave de ejecución a realizar y articular planes de implementación para asegurar consecución.- Entendimiento del detalle operativo y convertirlo en planes de corto y mediano plazo para lograr objetivos correspondientes.- Correlacionar e interpretar información proveniente de múltiples fuentes y traducirla en visibilidad y presentaciones ejecutivas para informar a stakeholders sobre temas de alto impacto.- Principal punto de contacto con los proveedores de materiales directos lidereando conversaciones comerciales y de manejo del abasto.- Gestión efectiva de la relación con Global Buyers ubicados en la oficina Global en Holanda.- Garantiza cumplimiento de contratos para adquisición de materiales y servicios a través de proveedores contratados, asegurando distribución de materiales obtenidos acorde al proceso de licitación.- Comunicar posibles desafíos y problemas de suministro a departamentos internos con información y detalle relevante.- Articular plan operativo anual e identificar mejoras año tras año en productividad, capital de trabajo, calidad, entrega y continuidad de suministro.- Portavoz de la agenda de Packaging Procurement hacia el resto de la organización.- Control y seguimiento de métricas clave (Ahorros y Variaciones al plan de gasto).**Requisitos**- Carrera: Ing. Industrial, Administración, Negocios o afin.- 5-7+ años en Abastecimiento de Materiales Directos, Planeación de Materiales o categorías relacionadas con Cadena de Suministro.- Experiência en gestión de proyectos.- Ingles Avanzado.- MS Excel Avanzado. MS Power Point Intermedio.
