Responsibilities and/or Activities of the Import / Export Assistant position:- Planning of the entire logistics procedure (Especially Export).- Management of import and export documents, (Invoices and Annex 24).- Transportation Logistics Verify receipt of orders, control shipping schedule.- Negotiate transportation and handling costs, as well as space and availability of equipment for air/sea/land cargo operations.- Follow up closely with agents to ensure pricing is provided on time.- Cooperate with internal department on production planning, Issue purchase order, all payments, such as advance/balance payments, import Tax, shipping fee, line, freight forwarder for shipping fee and truck/trailer fee.Requirements: Excellent command of Excell and English 80% (Necessary), Responsibility, Punctuality, Minimum experience of 6 months in the area.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $14,000.00 - $27,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de productividad- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
