Inter-Con remains 100% family owned and managed and operates as the industry leader in the field of customized, high-requirement security solutions.- Inter-Con is Everywhere Security Matters. _**PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISH****Job Summary**The Logistics Lead is responsible for procurement, inventory, distribution and storage of uniforms, equipment, records, firearms, vehicles and other items essential to the proper operation of various security contracts.**Responsibilities**:- Responsible for the supervision, care, control, inspection, and inventory accountability of all Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. uniforms, vehicles, firearms, office supplies, and equipment.- Assist the Procurement and Logistics Manager with special projects and deadlines, such as new contract startups, demobilizations, and expansion-related tasks.- Perform daily, weekly, and quarterly inventory control tasks such as cycle counting, data entry, audits, inspections, and overall warehouse organization.- Manage the ordering, issuing and return process of uniforms, firearms, vehicles, IT equipment, and other company property to new hires, incumbents, transferred employees, and terminations.- Handle procurement activities for uniforms, firearms, vehicle supplies, office products, and other required equipment, using established and new vendor relationships.- Actively support the identification, negotiation, and onboarding of new vendors; maintain vendor performance and relationship tracking.- Submit a comprehensive Weekly Activity Report to the Procurement and Logistics Manager, ensuring reports are complete and available for inspection at all times.- Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records using Collective Data or similar systems.- Travel in support of transitions and contract support for periods of 2-3 weeks at a time for training, warehouse operations, inventories, etc.- Perform hands-on logístical and operational support in a fast-paced environment.- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Procurement and/or Upper Management.**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field from a regionally accredited university is preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and/or logistics support, preferably in industries such as security, military, retail, or manufacturing.- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Power BI, and Outlook.- Experience with inventory/warehouse management systems such as Collective Data, SAP, NetSuite, or similar.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; effective time management and prioritization in dynamic environments.- Experience managing procurement and logistics for four key areas: Uniforms, Vehicles, Firearms, and Office Supplies.- Comfortable with physical warehouse activities and hands-on tasks; must be proactive, resourceful, and solution oriented.- Demonstrated experience with vendor negotiations and cost-control strategies.- Excellent customer service and collaboration skills; previous experience supporting internal stakeholders is preferred.- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision and adapt quickly to changing priorities.- A Valid Driver’s License is required.- Valid passport, with ability to travel for up to 2-3 weeks at a time.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English is necessary**PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME IN ENGLISH**Pay: $45,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you able to commute to our office 5 days a week?**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: In person
