TECA & Sport (Depuy Synthes), a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a **Planning Analyst, Supply Network Planning **, to be located in Juarez, Mexico.**KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**- Develop and maintain multiple reports driving planning decisions- Identify gaps between current plans and commercial commitments, drive possible gap closing initiatives and highlight the risks and opportunities,- Support business/ scenario planning (12-24 month horizon), inventory, impact of NPIs (bridge with Demand & Production Planning),- Partner with manufacturing and production planning team to drive volume and mix requirements,- Analyze inventory levels to meet business plans and ensure defined service levels.- Support preparation of master schedule and ensure timely completion of work orders for manufacturing.- Provide weekly and daily production prioritization.- Create and maintain data integrity report to ensure clean planning signals.- Resolve Account Payable Issues**Qualifications**:**EDUCATION**- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.- An advanced degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, and Engineering is preferred.- Certified in production and inventory management (CPIM) or certified in supply chain planning (CSCP) is desirable.**REQUIRED SKILLS**- A minimum of 3 (3) years of proven experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Logistics is required.**PREFERRED SKILLS**- High proficiency with Microsoft software packages (Excel, PowerPoint)- Process excellence (Lean, 6sigma), project management an asset.- Strong analytical skill sets in MS Office (Excel modeling, VBA, Macros) is preferred.- Demand, Supply or Inventory Planning experience is preferred.- Experience with SAP (ERP/APO) is preferred.- Proven process experience in demand & supply, inventory management & inventory entitlement, scenario analysis, S&OP/IBP process is preferred.**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**- Strong organization skills and an aptitude for planning- Accuracy with attention to detail- Fluent in English- Strong analytical skills- Proactive approach- Able to work with limited supervision.- Persuading and influencing others.- Able to work under pressure.- Can drive continuous process improvements.- Ability to translate complex situations into simple working solutions.**OTHER**:- Requires up to 10% traveling.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
