**We are looking for an Automation Analyst**This person will be part of the team building a Decision Engine with API testing impacting credit and fraud products. You are an information technology expert specializing in developing quality control procedures for systems and software.Your responsibilities typically include developing test structures to ensure the quality and efficiency of systems, generating codes and scripts, assessing existing programs to identify their strengths and weaknesses, implementing solutions in problem areas, and developing new programs.**What you’ll need to be successful**:- Experience in writing and maintaining automation scripts/suite- Comfortable navigating through and working with JSON payloads- Ability to create comprehensive test cases- Experience testing APIs/endpoints/back end- Passion for efficiently breaking software and finding flaws- Attention to detail and quality orientation- Ability to communicate with development and business to describe defects and priorities- Familiarity with syntax or general coding experience and basic functions**This will be considered a plus**:- Javascript - general expertise, at least 1 year of experience- Experience with Automation testing tools - (Postman preferred)- Experience CI/CD- Prior experience as a QA with automation experience- Knowledge of overproduction monitoring solutions and incident management- Ability to write/tweak complex SQL queries - familiar with Databases- Experience working in Agile/Scrum Environment- Experience in financial services- Formulas on excel or google sheets**These will be your main responsibilities**:- Create and execute test plans & test cases- Own regression testing efforts- Identify and report defects or issues related to builds- Write bugs and report issues to Strategy Analyst in support of prioritization- Familiar with identifying a bug- Supports Strategy Lead in requirements meetings to understand testing expectations Support debugging of testing data vs code issues**These are some of your secondary responsibilities**:- Provides Internal review of testing strategy & executes the strategy- Create automation suite and process - updating scripts/work with JS- Maintain automation suite across programs- Perform post-implementation validations- Review functional testing results with strategy owners to determine if findings are MVP vs Non MVP- Provides testing signoff every Shadow and production releases- Other duties as assigned.**We offer**:- USD payment- Remote work- Multicultural environments- Career Path**Our Client**: Our important client is a full-service Management Consulting and Strategic Resourcing firm that provides project execution, process improvement, agile transformation, and change management expertise to help clients accelerate critical initiatives, prove value more quickly or remediate ongoing projects or implementation.**About us**: EX² Outcoding is a premier solution provider of a broad range of outsourcing services, combining proven expertise in technology and project execution for companies searching for high-quality software development solutions.
