Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services, supervising staff* .**What a typical day looks like:*** *Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.** *Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.** *Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.** *Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.** *Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.** *Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.** *Monitors volume of business and defines appropriate work schedule.** *Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met.** *Monitors condition and maintenance of operating / material handling equipment.** *Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipments and receipts to create an error free culture.** *Reviews the loading and unloading schedules to maximize efficiencies and reduce expenses.** *Coordinate floor cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciling records.***The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** *BA/BS or equivalent work experience** *Experience in materials management, Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, or a related field.** *English proficiency: Intermediate to advanced level.** *Strong capability to prioritize tasks and make critical decisions under pressure.** *Experience in warehouse planning and inventory control.** *Ability to manage material receiving processes and prioritize outbound flows to avoid production line stoppages.** *Implement robust measurement systems for operational performance.** *Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting).***What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.MG61## ## Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
