**_Puebla_****_, _****_Mexico_****_ _****- This position will be dedicated to a US based customer and will require fluent English language skills.**General Accountabilities**:**- **Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages in the development cycle**Coordinate and coach our software development team in SCRUM/Agile frameworks**Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance**Resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work**Develop project plans to manage resources, tasks, and timeline**Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups**Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration**Be the point of contact for communications (e.g., from internal customers /stakeholders)**Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests**Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during Software Development Life Cycle**Help teams implement changes effectively**Adhere to Lummus PMO Process**Provide weekly project updates to Lummus IT Leadership and Executive Sponsor**Responsive to internal and external resources**Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability*******Job Qualifications**:***Education**:Bachelor’s degree required in related field; Master’s degree preferred-- PMP certification preferred, PM training required-- ITSM certification preferred, ITSM foundation training required- Experience:3+ years of IT Project Management experience in direct customer facing role for managed services.**Skills**:Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle-- Extensive knowledge on Agile process, including SCRUM-- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)-- Expert analytical and problem-solving skills-- Excellent presentation skills-- Understanding of Power Platform and Azure DevOps-- Works well in a fast-paced team environment; able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines-- Effective collaboration with remote and distributed teams-- Hands-on, committed, team player with a clear emphasis being able to work independently, driven and enthusiastic-- Self-motivated to continuously expand personal, professional knowledge.
