Overview:THE ROLE:As a Business Analyst, HR Global Project Management, you will act as a bridge between various business stakeholders teams to analyze, design, and implement process and/or systems that meet our HR business needs. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, performing gap analyses, and ensuring that governance and/or Technology and HR solutions align with our strategic objectives and enhance our HR programs.HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, gather, and document system requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of HR processes and needs.- Business Process Analysis: Analyze and map existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions to HR needs.- System Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs, working closely with developers, architects, and other IT professionals to deliver solutions.- Project Management: Assist in project planning, scoping, and scheduling, and work with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of system enhancements and new implementations.- Testing and Validation: Develop test cases and coordinate testing activities to validate that systems meet business requirements and perform as expected. Ensure that issues are identified, documented, and resolved.- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, including creating user documentation and conducting training sessions to ensure effective use of new systems and processes.- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates on progress, changes, and potential risks.- Continuous Improvement: Stay current industry trends and technological advancements and recommend enhancements to improve system functionality and business processes.WHAT’S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:We are a global PMO team, supporting HR initiatives across various markets globally including North America, Mexico, China, India, Europe & Africa & International (APAC, SAMCAM & RSM).You also get to drive standardization and harmonization as we work on using global processes and systems to drive HR innovationJob Qualifications:SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience- Proficient in English language.- Proficient in eliciting, documenting, and confirming requirements.- Skilled in creating use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.- Able to research and present successful solutions.- Strong communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.- User of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.- Able to work in global environment where mínimal odd hours meetings/calls may be required.**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree
