We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.**Key Responsibilities*** Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries related to policies, procedures, processes and system navigation in line with SLAs and quality expectations.* Strive for swift and effective resolution of inquiries, ensuring that most requests are addressed promptly at first touch by leveraging readily accessible information and guidelines.* Guide employees and managers to appropriate self-service tools and resources.* Maintain customer contact until request is resolved* Escalate complex or unresolved inquiries to relevant next level support as needed.* Maintain accurate case documentation and follow standard operating procedures.* Collaborate with Global People Services – People Services team members to ensure alignment and consistency.* Support knowledge base updates by identifying gaps or outdated content.* Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives.* Share knowledge and best practices within the team.**Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.* 1-3 years of experience in HR support or customer service preferred.* Familiarity with HR technology (i.e. Workday, case management tools) preferred.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* Bilingual (English/Spanish) required; Spanish/English/French a plus.Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
