**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources for successful project execution.- Oversee project timelines ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams fostering collaboration and innovation.- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables.- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.- Implement best practices in delivery management to optimize project outcomes.- Conduct manual testing to ensure quality and functionality of project deliverables.- Utilize AWS IoT to enhance project capabilities and drive technological advancements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate domain knowledge in Process and Industrial Manufacturing.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.- Provide regular project updates to senior management highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.**Qualifications**- Possess extensive experience in Business Analysis and Planning with a proven track record of successful project delivery.- Demonstrate proficiency in Delivery Management ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.- Exhibit strong domain knowledge in Process Manufacturing Industry and Industrial Manufacturing.- Have hands-on experience in Manual Testing ensuring high-quality project outcomes.- Show expertise in AWS IoT leveraging technology to enhance project solutions.- Display excellent communication and leadership skills fostering team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.- Hold a relevant degree or certification in project management or a related field.**Certifications Required**PMP Certification PgMP Certification
