Manage, Monitor & Support multiple baseline project workstreams within IT Service Operations through balance of year.2. Prepare scope & status documents with guidance from global process owners (GPO) & global process lead (GPL).3. Prepare & manage schedules & report progress against plans.4. Prepare deliverables such as communications to stakeholders, key decisions & actions with guidance from global process owners.**Requirements**:BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience ANDi.2-3 years of IT experience; 2-3 years of project management experienceii. Advanced skills in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)iii. Knowledge of industry standard PMO methodologies. Availability Management, ITIL v 3 or 4 is a plus.iv. Customer- and relationship-focused, process-driven, results-oriented, organized, self-directed.
