Únete al equipo de GTplastics Objetivo del rol: Maximizar el valor de nuestros activos de datos asegurando su calidad, accesibilidad y gobernanza, habilitando la toma de decisiones mediante el desarrollo de soluciones de reporting en BigQuery y Looker. Funciones: Asegurar que la estrategia de datos esté alineada con los objetivos de negocio, impulsando el desempeño operativo y estratégico. Garantizar la calidad, integridad y cumplimiento normativo en el uso de datos a nivel organizacional. Liderar el diseño y desarrollo de dashboards, reportes y modelos analíticos de alto valor utilizando herramientas como BigQuery y Looker. Asegurar la entrega de insights accionables que soporten la toma de decisiones. Proponer y ejecutar soluciones eficientes a problemáticas de datos en SAP S/4HANA. Conocimiento de SAP S/4HANA, CDS Views, Fiori y transacciones clave para extracción y gestión de datos. Perfil requerido: Mínimo 5 años de Experiencia sólida en gestión de proyectos de datos y gobernanza Escolaridad : Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática administración de Empresas con especialización en Data Analytics, Ingeniería Industrial o Logística con enfoque en Big Data Conocimientos: BigQuery y herramientas de visualización como Looker, SAP 4/HANA Experiencia en uso de Base de datos SQL, y NoSQL, RESTfull, Odata, entre otros. Dominio de GCP: BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataform, Looker y LookML. Arquitectura para Data Lakes y Data mesh. Programación en Python o R y manejo de IDEs/entorno cliente para consumo de web services. Integraciones y procesos ETL-ELT. Habilidades: Comunicación efectiva para explicar conceptos técnicos a audiencias no técnicas. Analítica avanzada. Liderazgo en proyectos y entornos ágiles (Scrum/Kanban). Comunicación y visualización de datos con enfoque en storytelling. Gobierno de datos y definición de buenas prácticas.
