Customer Success Manager

**Position**:Customer Success ManagerArrow Electronics is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Guadalajara This position will be part of our Digital business, where a strategic mindset and interaction with team members across the globe is essential; with a special focus on delivering the best service experience to our customers.**What You'll Be Doing**- Responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to a team of Customer Service and Sales Operations associates.- Responsible for developing uniform procedures and continuous process improvements in operations as well as service efficiencies that result in high customer satisfaction.- Oversee hiring, training, development, and accountability of staff to deliver consistent high-quality customer and sales support.- Ensure service center is properly and consistently supporting all Customer requests with an emphasis on maintaining high levels of quality and care.- Identify, track, and closely monitor all KPI's for the team on a regular basis and provide appropriate feedback and coaching to staff.- Participate in regional reviews to update on service center KPI's and identify opportunities for greater service center efficiency and effectiveness.- Build and maintain collaborative cross-functional relationships with internal support groups to engage business in best-in-class practices and programs.**What You'll Need**- Typically requires a 4-year degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience in same role.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English as it will be collaborating with a global team.- Strong assertiveness and leadership.- Proven ability in handling, training, and evaluating teams of 20+ elements under direct report.- Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems preferred.**What's In It For You**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
