Together, let’s create the extraordinaryJob Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _- Test Engineer _- located in _- Guadalajara, North Campus_- ._- Reporting to the Test Engineer_- ,_- Test Engineer _- role involves_- Responsible for implementing and maintaining cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and/or equipment._What a typical day looks like:- _ Provides technical support for clients and business along with product knowledge as required, during show_- _ Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing._- _ Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data._- _ Interfaces and confers with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues._- _ Analyzes and interprets test data and prepares technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering, and management personnel._- _ May develops or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software._- _ Trains and instructs floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem solving techniques._- _ Resolves test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements._- _ Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production._- _ Create and maintain process documentation._- _ Actively search for new technologies or procedures in the test sector._- _ Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Experience as Test Engineer in electronics manufacturing industry_- _ Electronics Knowledge_- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _ KPI´s Knowledge (Yield, dead time, equipment capabilities, failure, repairs)_- _ NPI Experience_- _ English Advance (mandatory)_- _ Personal Management_- _ Experience on Flashing app, HW adapters as well as Flashing problems solving._- _ Experience on handling of ICT test equipment, HW selection, problem solving, different platforms, handled suppliers._- _ Experience on Test plan Programming & debugging on ICT 3070 platform._- _ Experience in _solving production problems _with HP3070._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MP100Job CategoryProduction Engineering**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:At Flex, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and know there is much more to a great employee than just a list of requirements - if you are excited about a role (but don’t meet every bullet-point), we encourage you to apply.
