Overview:The**IT BI Reporting Analyst** is responsible for the delivery of operational reports, tools and analytics to business stakeholders’ primarily in Mexico and occasionally in other Latin American Countries.**Responsibilities**:- Ensure the timely and accurate generation of regular (daily, weekly and monthly) and ad hoc reporting, with consistency and standardization across all countries in scope.- Develop new reports and make additional changes as and when required.- Proactively deliver insights to drive improvements in performance and help the business hit their strategic objectives. Provide with trends and forecasts.- Maintain controls and documentation of reporting procedures.- Perform other ad hoc duties in support of analysis and reporting that need innovation.- Supports reporting and analytics requirements through ticketing system.- Provide training on BI tools to business users.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Informatics, Economics, Actuary or related fields.- Fluent in Spanish and English. (Portuguese is desirable).- Experience in Automotive Financial sector is a plus.- Basic knowledge of statistics.- Availability to travel internationally for business purposes.- Prior reporting or analytics experience.- Experience with one or more of the following tools: SQL, R, Python, WPS or SAS.- Experience with Power Bi or Tableau.- Microsoft Office Advanced Proficiency: Excel (Macros), Access (Desirable), Power Point.- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken format.- High organizational skills.- Proficient analytical skills.**#LI-MON**Disclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
