**Payment Resolution Analyst & Cost Recoveries Coordinator**.****This position is responsible for**:- Solve payment issues with suppliers.- Create manual documents to adjust payments out of GR (321 form for metal escalation, cash in advance, guarantee deposits, rebates and others payments out of good receipts).- Coordinate Cost Recoveries and Debit Memos from Suppliers for all EDS NA Plants.**Roles as Payment Analyst**- Analyze supplier payment statements- Request documentation (invoice, proof of delivery or pick up, packing slip, etc) to suppliers when required- Give feedback to suppliers within 3 days of receiving statement- Follow up pending payments (good receipts) with Production Control group- Follow up price discrepancies with buyers- Update payment resolution database- Request and process payment pull ahead or wire transfer to speed up payments when required**Extra roles**- Create and administrate manual documents (321 form), obtain its approvals and process with GBS to pay metal escalation, cash in advance, guarantee deposits, rebates and others payments out of good receipts.- Missing GRs Reports to PC&L Managers- Generate charts and distribute to PC&L managers to push the missing GRs.- Support supervisor as requested**Roles as Cost Recoveries Coordinator**- Coordinate weekly cost recoveries meeting with plants- Administrate Cost Recoveries Tracker- Download weekly report from Ariba, since Ariba is not in synchrony with negotiated, conciliate downloaded with current tracker- Administrate and obtain approvals before send to GBS for debit memos generated under cost recovery- Administrate and obtain approvals before send to GBS for Debit Memo No PCR- Support supervisor as requested**Background**:- Computer Skills (MS Office)- SAP Knowledge- Written and Oral Communication in Spanish and English- Work Team- Bachelor’s degree**Seek Traits**- Ability to analyze information in detail- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn continuously.- Embrace resilience - seeing every challenge as a learning opportunity and invitation to grow.- Work Under Pressure- Flexible Work Hours- Multifunctional comfortable to follow up several activities at the same timeAptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
