Aftermarket Reseach Lead

TecAlliance de México, a company dedicated to marketing and information systems for the automotive industry, is seeking talent for the position of Market Research Lead to support the growth of the company in Mexico.**Main responsibilities**:- Supervise and manage team performance, providing direction and support to achieve department objectives.- Develop and implement work plans that align team activities with the company’s strategic goals.- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality in service or product delivery.- Ensure the efficient use of resources and cost management.- Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting collaboration and professional development among team members.- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.- Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing strategies to proactively resolve issues.- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulations.- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, providing analysis and recommendations for decision-making.- Participate in the selection, hiring, and training of new employees- Lead and manage the data analysis team, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of reports and analyses- Develop and maintain processes for data collection and management, ensuring the integrity and reliability of information- Identify trends and patterns in data that may impact company and client performance, proposing recommendations based on the analysis- Ensure that metrics and reports meet quality standards and are aligned with the goals of the department and clients- Provide ongoing training and development to the team of analysts, fostering aculture of continuous improvement and excellence in data analysis- Ensure compliance with all company regulations and policies related to data management.- Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
