**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Load cured composite parts into trim fixtures or tools.- Operate band saws, hand routers, and other trimming tools to remove excess material.- Perform edge finishing by sanding cut surfaces to eliminate fiber "fuzz" and irregularities.- Support breakout operations, including removal of bagging materials and plaster from cured components.- Use pneumatic tools such as air hammers to assist in the de-molding and cleaning of parts.- Maintain work area cleanliness and follow all FOD (Foreign Object Debris) control procedures.- Comply with quality assurance documentation and production guidelines aligned with aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100).- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve trim-related issues.**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or technical training in manufacturing, aerospace, or related field.- 2+ years of hands-on experience in composite trimming, preferably in the aerospace industry.- Familiarity with composite materials, trimming techniques, and finishing processes.- Experience operating band saws, routers, sanders, and pneumatic tools.- Understanding of aerospace safety standards and cleanroom practices (ESD, FOD, PPE, etc.).- Ability to read and follow work instructions, routers, and visual aids.- Physically able to bend, lift, and use tools for extended periods while maintaining high precision.**We Offer**:- Competitive compensation and benefits above legal requirements.- Continuous training in aerospace standards and manufacturing best practices.- Opportunity to work on aerospace components for international programs.- Access to state-of-the-art equipment and clean manufacturing facilities.- Stable and growth-oriented work environment in the aerospace industry.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Mexicali, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- composite trimming, preferably in the aerospace industry: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)License/Certification:- Technical diploma or certificate in Aerospace (required)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 02/06/2025
