Finance IT Hyper Automation Engineer

**Job Description Summary**: As Finance IT Hyper Automation Specialist, you will be working on multiple Finance/Audit related projects. You will work on multiple information technology areas (Robotic Process Automation/RPA, AI/ML, SAP/Oracle ERP, UX).**Roles and Responsibilities**In this role, you will:- Interact across different levels of Gas Power Finance organization to discover and identify automation opportunities, support creation of business process mapping, execute requirements-gathering, support solution/feature design, agile development, coordinate & execute testing (SIT/UAT), support Go Live/Hypercare and obtaining Hyper Automation solutions feedback.- Demonstrate understanding of the RPA and Machine Learning technology stack (associated UiPath/AWS/Azure micro-services)and their impact on the strategic evolution of associated final products & features.- Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of Finance organization problems and needs.- Collaborate with Finance IT TPMs to decompose features into consumable user stories.- Engage with the Automation development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contribute to design activities and decisions.- Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.- Partner with Service Owners/ Development Managers to ensure healthy development process.- Assist in Finance IT audit requirements (enhancements, audit findings/controls monitoring and resolution, status visibility).- Participate in the project governance model.- Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project.- Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies.- Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations.- Provide project status updates to leadership.- Follow standard project/product management methodologies and practices as defined by the organization- Deliver small-medium sized projects across Finance IT and Compliance.**Education Qualification**- Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering Bachelor's Degree.Desired Characteristics:- Must have excellent English fluency (verbal and written) and strong and communication skills.- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of Automation design and Machine Learning models coding principles.- Basic understanding of: Finance concepts, Agile methodology, IT Audit management processes and framework (SOX).- Skilled level expertise in design and development of Automation and/or Artificial intelligence/Machine Learning solutions to meet business requirements.- Familiar with automation techniques and tools (i.e. UiPath)- Understands concepts of software deployment and configuration (i.e. SDLC/Waterfall/Agile)- Understands technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction aligning with business goals- Proactively escalates issues that impact the client and/or strategic initiatives- Reacts open-mindedly to new perspectives or ideas.- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.- Demonstrated focus on customer outcomes.- Demonstrated desire to drive projects.- Demonstrated ability to leverage technical expertise to implement functional process improvements.- Demonstrated ability to translate functional requirements and priorities to technical deliverables.- Demonstrated ability to deliver tasks on-time with alignment to project goals.- Organized and detail oriented.Business Acumen:- Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems- Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts- Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choicesLeadership:- Influences through others; builds direct and "behind the scenes" support for ideas.
