**Senior Accountant**Responsable de las operaciones diarias de la contabilidad general, cuentas por cobrar, cuentas por pagar, reporteo, cumplimiento fiscal y legal, principalmente de USA.Implementar mejoras en los procesos de contabilidad y finanzas para proveer información financiera rápida y confiable.**Responsabilidades**- Aplica los Principios de Contabilidad para mejorar y mantener el sistema de Contabilidad General (ERP) que provee los registros de activos, pasivos y transacciones financieras de la compañía.- Mantiene los registros contables y/o supervisa subordinados en actividades tales como registro de transacciones financieras, como pago de gastos, impuestos, etc. Mantener controles contables en compras e inventarios.- Responsable por la preparación de estados financieros, así como presentar reportes financieros, de impuestos, estadística, etc. a las diferentes agencias gubernamentales en USA.- Supervisa y apoya al área de Tesoreria.- Revisa contratos, ordenes de compra, vouchers y supervisa la preparación de reportes.- Supervisa personal dentro de su área de responsabilidad y asigna tareas para asegurar la continuidad del flujo de actividades y la terminación de proyectos en tiempo.- Evalua el trabajo del personal a su cargo y recomienda el plan de desarrollo apropiado.- Responsable de las actividades de cierre de mes y reportes financieros.- Proporcionar información y reportes para auditores externos.- Mantiene/actualiza los Procedimientos Estándar de Operación (SOP) de la función de finanzas y contabilidad.- Apoya como back up del contador de costos en su ausencia.- Cualquier otra actividad que se le solicite en apoyo al departamento de Contabilidad y Finanzas.**Requisitos**:- MS Office avanzado, especialmente en excel- Experiência en la aplicación de US & MX GAAP y Cumplimiento- Experiência contable en industria manufacturera- Preciso y minucioso. Habilidad de análisis y comunicación.- Manejo de sistemas ERP en empresas manufactureras- Inglés Avanzado- Carrera afin
