Join us in developing a global organization with its own local flavour, where we put our people at the heart of innovation and enable them to be the best that they can be.We are now looking for a new colleague to join our PDR team located in Monterrey- Assissts in providing performance management guidance to all levels of supervisory and management staff, including coaching and advising. Offers support in implementing career development and performance improvement plans/ action where necessary within the assigned DU.- Implements Endava Employee Engagement initiatives within the assigned DU. Drives the Opinion Survey locally and deliver local improvement initiatives in line with Group Talent Management Plans- Positively influences the quality of the organisation’s culture by supporting DU manager to improve the leadership and development behaviours in their DU’s.- Manages specific projects as determined in the Talent Management strategy and participates in ad hoc initiatives as required. Assists other members of the Talent Management team in advising and supporting the delivery of their projects and initiatives.- Offer support in local TM marketing initiatives - write articles for internal and external newsletters, visits universities, career fairs, conferences.- Acts as the local representative of Endava University, ensuring employees follow appropriate development programs, encouraging role and discipline specific employee development programs.**Qualifications and Experience**:- Experience in People Development/Talent Management/Learning and Development in a similar environment- 5 or more years of experience in People Development area- Proven previous experience leading teams- Effective communication, negotiation and problem solving skills- Flexibility to do broad range of complex, non-routine work- Capability to think outside of the box- Able to operate with significant autonomy- Demonstrated initiative, planning, and organizational skills- Passion for continuous learning- Proactive attitude and strategic thinking- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English**About Endava**:Endava is reimagining the relationships between people and technology.
