A family focused on attracting and retaining the most talented people.**OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION**:Supply Chain Finance Sr. Analyst is a Finance Business Partner that provides end-to-end financial support to Supply Chain functions (Procurement, Manufacturing, and CS&L).**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**:- **MUST HAVE degree** in **Accounting or Finance.**:- **At least 10 years of experience in supply chain finance**, with wide knowledges in budgeting, financial statement analysis, cost management, **project evaluations,**projections, and returns on investment (CAPEX), and KPIs**.**:- Experience in the **manufacturing industry,** food or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.- Advanced level of Excel and SAP, S/4HANA is a plus.- Knowledges on database administration, Power BI, Power Point, SAC, Hyperion Planning.- **Advanced English**:- Ease to commute to the work location on Location: Ocoyoacac, Mexico (5 minutes from Outlet Lerma).**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Review and analyze manufacturing expenses, collaborating with the plant team to have cost projections and savings opportunities, as well as support in the preparation of the budget.- Collaborate with the Logistics team for the analysis and in-depth projection of distribution and storage expenses, looking for opportunities to improve spending.- Analyze cost-benefits of lease vs. purchase projects, collaborating with the Procurement and Plant team.- Participate in Continuous Improvement (TPM) and Supply Chain Review processes.- Prepare reports on savings, capital investments, commodity and loss analysis- Follow up on the operating model to clarify doubts and improvements to current processes.- Soportar al Enterprise Services Organization (ESO)- Analyze the standard cost of the month against budget and projections, finding the main variations and activating points for improvement.**POSITION OFFER**:As a family-owned business, taking care of our associates is a top priority.
