We are currently searching for a Data Migration Consultant : Responsibilities:- Implement and develop customer deliverables independently using Syniti methodology and tools that meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Develop and test all technical solutions per functional specifications and conduct user training as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration / Data Governance methodology.
- Show strong proficiency in Syniti’s tools, working to prescribed development standards.
- Understand business processes for assigned functional areas.
- Provide expert-level business analysis on SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, and PS.
- Create and maintain SAP Data Migration plans.
- Perform SAP Data Extraction, Transform, and Load (ETL).
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of underlying technical data structures and definitions of the assigned functional process area.
- Develop data migration / governance rules in Syniti’s tools as per supplied specifications.
- Contribute to integrated data migration design for assigned process area through data analysis.
- Design, create, and execute reports in alignment with project deliverables.
- Create and maintain data load programs.
- Maintain related documentation.
- Execute end-to-end data loads and reconciliations.
- Support and mentor junior colleagues.
- Degree level qualification in Computer Science or another technology-related field.
- 5+ years of ERP techno-functional or functional experience, preferably with SAP.
- Experience in ETL, Data Migration, Data Quality, and Data Analysis.
- Proficient in data quality analysis, statistical analysis, and/or modeling.
- Experience mining and analyzing transactional electronic data.
- Proficient in DSP, SAP Data Service, SAP Information Steward, or other Data Migration tools.
- Proficient in MS SQL (query skills, table structure, and relational databases).
- Functional ERP (SAP) experience.
- Experience with multiple ERP implementations.
- Experience with T-SQL.
- Database experience with SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access).
- Advanced Oral English (Mandatory) .
- Native Spanish.
